Divisions of United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of California

The United States Bankruptcy Court has established three different divisions to handle bankruptcy cases throughout the Eastern District of California. Filing for individual bankruptcy online with e-Filing will automatically assign the case to the correct division based on the residential zip code.
